Hugia is divided into 14 subdivisions with there being 13 counties and 1 autonomous city. The counties are subdivided into principalities, which those principalities are subdivided into communities, which are subdivided into towns.

Autonomous City

Hugia City is the only autonomous city in Hugia, as it is the capital. There are no subdivisions within the autonomous city. The capital is Hugia City.
