Double Person Rule (Turto)

The Double Person Rule was a law which existed as a result of the (now lost) King & Royal Family Naming Act 2011 within the Turtonian Empire. It was abolished per the passing of the Turtonian Constitution. It allowed for a monarch to rule under a pseudonym along with his personal name.
