Dipa Caraka Marhaen or commonly known as Dipa Marhaen or shortly as Marhaen, is an Indonesian micronationalist active in numerous micronations. Marhaen was the founder and is the first and current president of Marhaenia, chairman of the Revolutionary People's Party, and is also known as the fifth chair of the Southeast Asian Micronational Association.
