Dimitriy Stremoukhov is a New European politician and current state leader of Illinois. He served in the New European Loyalist Army during the civil war. When the time came for a successor to run the provisional state government, Stremoukhov volunteered for the office. It is likely he will remain in office once the official new government in Illinois is settled on.
