Aspenia (/ˈaspenia/ As-pay—n-ee-a Listen ), more commonly known as the Kingdom of Aspenia, is a micronation with an semi constitutional monarchy government. Aspenia is mainly located in Massachusetts, where the Queen resides. The nation was founded on 11 November 2018 . The Kingdom's form of government is an semi-constitutional monarchy. The current Queen of Aspenia is HM Elizabeth Lewis, who has ruled Aspenia after the first King, HM Wiucki-Dunswed I abdicated.

History

Aspenia was founded on 11 November 2018 by Ryland, a socialist president of Eskar who ran the micronation but later gave up power on 23 December 2018 to HM Wiucki-Dunswed I, who later gave the Monarch position to Elizabeth Lewis in his first ruling.[1]

Government

Aspenia is an semi constitutional monarchy ruled by the Aspenian Monarchy. The Throne is selected by the Queen.

HM Queen Elizabeth Lewis is head of state as Monarch, and holds the most vast, executive, legislative, and judicial powers. She can not be held accountable to any members of the government as it is an semi-constitutional monarchy, under her ruling.

On a daily basis, most executive power is exercised by the Monarch and the Ministers, with the Prime Minister of Aspenia helping to further the government.
