Declaration of Independence of the Kingdom of Lukland is an act of the Independence of the Kingdom which is one of the most important legal acts of the Kingdom.

The declaration was signed on May 13, 2020 at 20.12

Background

The day before signing the Declaration of Independence, the king proclaimed the Kingdom of Lukland. The next day, the king began to realize that in order for the state to be sovereign, it had to be documented, so he wrote a declaration of independence. He printed and at 20.12, near the town of Stary Dąb, he signed the declaration of independence on a board.

Controversies

The declaration was written quickly so there were some bugs. In Article 4 there was a mistake that defines Lukland as Micronation but in Article 1 Lukland is defined as a sovereign state.

The second error is the provision in Article 2 constitution, enter on the day of signing the Declaration but the problem was that there was no constitution.
