David Capannari is a ski instructor and activist from Cincinnati, Ohio.
A few weeks after the constitution of the United Federation of Thag was drafted, he formed the Federation Against Thag in opposition to its ratification. When FAT was dissolved in Early December 2011, it was immediately replaced by the Federation Allied with Thag which he appointed himself President of. His leadership was recognized by Thag's Supreme Justice Alex Schrank in a telegram on December 5.
Since FAT has no publicly accessible constitution, it is unknown when his term will end.
