D.J. Racovolis Services Proprietary Limited (known as the Enactorial House of Racservia) is the royal household of the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia Proprietary Limited.

Etymology

The company was originally established to be a service company associated with D.J. Racovolis and Associates, the accounting business of Danny Racovolis, hence the inclusion of the word "Services" in its name. The words "Proprietary Limited" indicate legal status. The place name Racservia was first used by Danny Racovolis 13 August 2022.

History

D.J. Racovolis Services Pty Ltd was registered as a company under the Corporations Act 2001 of Australia, on the application of the Founder of the micronation Urabbaparcensia, Danny Racovolis, who continues as the sole member, director and secretary of the company. The company later became registered under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 on 1 March 2010. Racservia became the holder of the ordinary share in Urabba Parks Pty Ltd (now Urabbaparcensia), becoming the holding company of the micronation.

Relevance to succession to the Urabbaparcensian throne

Because D.J. Racovolis Services Pty Ltd holds foundation in Urabba Parks in its capacity as trustee of the Racservian Empire, the company effectively holds the key to succession to the Urabbaparcensian Management. The reigning dynasty of Urabba Parks Proprietary Limited is known as the Enactorial House of Racservia. The name has not been registered as a business name.
