The Council of Ministers of Ballinfoyleburg was the executive branch of the Government of Ballinfoyleburg, and was led by the President of Ballinfoyleburg as chairman. It was created upon the foundation of Ballinfoyleburg with Ivan Ryan as the first President and also Chairman of the Council of Ministers.
