The Council of Ministers of Ballinfoyleburg is the executive branch of the Government of Ballinfoyleburg, and is led by the President of Ballinfoyleburg as chairman. It was created upon the foundation of Ballinfoyleburg with Sean Mulryan as the first President and also Chairman of the Council of Ministers. It is currently led by President Ludwig Collins since 1 June 2022.
