Cooper Narceus- Kiwi, is an American born micronationalist that is one of the founders of the now-defunct Democratic Kingdom of Jasooper, Springfield, and the Kingdom of Paxland. Cooper Narceus Kiwi is also the Chairman of the Intermicronational Military Unit.

Cooper Narceus-Kiwi's political views lie in the central-left area of the political spectrum, he has been considered to be a democrat, even though he is more Environmentalist.
