The Province of Athland is the smallest province in the Kingdom of Paxland since May 27, 2018. The Baron of Athland is King Cooper Narceus, and he has been since the founding of Athland.
History
Natives
Before the Province of Athland became a territory of the Kingdom of Paxland, it was inhabited by people of the Manatosa culture around 500 B.C. along with the Tocobaga and Pohoy people.
Spanish rule
In 1582, the Narváez Expedition crew members landed near the Kingdom of Paxland but moved out of the area to look for jewels. Then in 1594, the Hernando de Soto's Expedition. Hernando de Soto conducted a peace treaty with the natives near the Province of Athland, which was quickly forgotten by the Spanish. Spain lost this area in 1763, only to regain it in 1783 as a part of the Treaty of Paris.
British rule
The British acquired Florida in 1763 as a party of a treaty. The British lost Florida in 1783 as a part of the Treaty of Paris.
American rule
In 1821, the United States of America bought Florida from Spain, allegedly, mainly to end the Indian raids. They also created Fort Brooke to enforce the provisions of the Treaty that allowed Florida to become American to the Native Americans in Florida.

Micronationalism Era
The area is in a piece of land that used to be a province of the Republic of Tamcoop called Fort Cusin. New Leafania used to be the town of Leafania and part of the city of Fort Newls. In the area that Tamcoop controlled over, many capital cities were built. Fort Dortbrack was made in the half of Fort Cusin that is still under control of Tamcoop in 2017. Their was a brick pathway that lead to the borders of the province, and a couple of wooden seats. That was quickly destroyed by American Terrorists 2 days after. The next capital that was built was made in 2018 by now King Cooper Narceus and former Jasoopese Hockey Player Russell LaRosa. It was a small and classic Tepee Hut that was made in the Province of Athland called North Fort, which is the now the capital city of theKingdom of Paxland. This happened all before the Tamcoop Provincial System Collapse. The Tamcoop Provincial System Collapse happened on April 27, 2017, when former Governor of the Tamcoopese province of Macn'chezland Ryan Funk hacked into the Tamcoop Provincial System and removed every single Tamcoop province, except for the ones in the mainland and Fort Cusin since they were in a separate Provincial System.
Konatian Rule
Some time in Early May, 2018, now King Cooper Narceus, acting as Provisional President of the Democratic Republic of Konatia Cooper Balbi, and American Mercenary Jason McKinley took over Fort Cusin, proclaiming it to be the Dependent Colony of Konatian Fort Cusin. On May 21, 2018, when Konatia dissolved, the territory went back to the Republic of Tamcoop, but only for 5 days, when the Kingdom of Paxland was founded.
Paxlandic Rule
On May 27, 2018, King Cooper Narceus and Prince Axel Narceus took over the almost half of the land that was Fort Cusin. The divided it up into three territories, one of which was the Province of Athland.
Renaming of the Capital City
Since the capital city of the province of Fort Cusin, part of the Republic of Tamcoop's, was taken over by the Kingdom of Paxland, it needed a new name. So, since there was a new ruler of the capital city, it was renamed New North Fort.
Geography
The Province of Athland is on an empty lot surrounded by West Florida. It is the smallest and only province in the Kingdom of Paxland.
Geology
The Province of Athland has a soil full of gravel and dirt. On top, there are many species of weeds and flowers that grow. The national flower of the Kingdom of Paxland, the Daisy, can be seen the most in Athland.
