The original constitution consisted of 6 Sections and 27 Articles that listed out the ideals of Duighanism, Communism, and Maoism, and fully established the One-party State in the country. The constitution was amended greatly on 16 April 2021, which heavily cut down the constitution to only a basic set of laws, and it was renamed to the "People's Law of the Communal People's Republic of Wamong". However, the constitution was once again amended to its current form on 17 May 2021, where it was changed to only have 5 Sections and 23 Articles. However, it has recently been essentially replaced by the new "Basic Law of the Republic of Wamong", which is serving as an unofficial stand-in for the current constitution, as it is once again being amended in order to remove the mentions of Communism, as the government is attempting to transition from the controversial era of Communist rule.
