The Constitution of the Republic of Snagov (Snagovian: Конституция Рєспублики Снагов) is the fundamental law of the Republic of Snagov. It was adopted on 17 October 2021, replacing the former Constitution of 2020. The 2021 Constitution is Snagov's second constitution. The Constitution is entirely written in Snagovian and composed of around 662 words in total. The English translation has around 835 words. The constitution is unique, because it was written in a simple way, so that everybody can understand it easily.

We, Snagovians
United on our ancestral land,
Establishing the rights and freedoms of our brothers,
Venerating our ancestors that passed down to us the love for our homeland,
With faith in good and in justice,
On the shining path towards Snagovism,
Proud that we are a part of the slavic family,
Pledging to protect the Snagovian land,
We adopt the Constitution of the Republic of Snagov.

Chapter 1 - Basic ideas

Article 1

Our state is the Republic of Snagov.

Article 2

The names "Snagov" and "Republic of Snagov" are equal.

Article 3

Snagov is composed of communes, and the communes are composed of villages.

Article 4

The communes are decided by the state.

The villages of Snagov are:

The capital of Snagov is the village of Siliștea.

Article 7

The official language of Snagov is the Snagovian language.

Article 8

The citizenship of the people living in Snagov is decided by the state.

Article 9

The Republic of Snagov, as a state, is a federal semi-presidential republic.

Article 10

The executive power is represented by the President, Vice President, and Prime Minister of Snagov.

Article 11

The legislative power is represented by the Supreme People's Assembly.

Article 12

The judicial power is in the people's hands.

Article 13

The state ideology of Snagov is Snagovism.

Article 14

All citizens of Snagov are equal.

Article 15

The Republic of Snagov is the state of the Snagovian people.

Article 16

The protection of the land and of the homeland is required.

Article 17

The protection of animals, domestic or not, is required.

Article 18

All forests, waters and plains belong to the people.

The only political party of Snagov is the Snagovian Workers' Party.

Snagov is a secular state, but the Snagovian Orthodox Church is supported.

Chapter 2 - Rights of Snagovian citizens

All citizens of Snagov have the right to be free.

All citizens of Snagov have the right to food.

All citizens of Snagov have the right to a private life.

All citizens of Snagov have the right to labour.

All citizens of Snagov have the right to free speech and ideas.

All citizens of Snagov have the right to peace.

All children, citizens of Snagov have the right to childhood.

The state works for the good of the people.

Chapter 3 - The President of the Republic of Snagov

Article 31

The President of the Republic of Snagov is the head of state.

Article 32

The President of the Republic of Snagov is decided by the people.

Article 33

Presidential elections - once every 4 years.

Article 34

All citizens of Snagov can candidate for the Presidency of the Republic of Snagov.

Article 35

To candidate for Presidency, a citizen must be atleast 18 years old.

Article 36

One citizen cannnot be the President of the Republic of Snagov more than 2 times.

Article 37

When it is decided, the President must proclaim:

"I, ___, President of the Republic of Snagov, swear to protect the land, the people and the glory of Snagov. For the liberty, proudness, and eternal life of Snagov and of the Snagovian people."

Article 38

The powers of the President are decided by the state.

Article 39

The President of the Republic of Snagov has immunity.

Article 40

The President of the Republic of Snagov appoints the Vice President and the Prime Minister of Snagov.

Chapter 4 - Final ideas

Article 41

The Snagovian People's Army - The Army of the Republic of Snagov protects the people and the state.

Article 42

Politicas ideas that put the people, state or homeland in danger are prohibited.

The flag of the SRepublic of Snagov is a horizontal tricolour of green, blue, and white.

Article 44

The emblem of the Republic of Snagov is a Snagovian landscape, surrounded by white ears of wheat, with a red ribbon on which is written "1408" and "2020". Above everything, is the star of Snagov.

Article 45

The National Anthem of the Republic of Snagov is the song "Beze strah, tovarŭše".

Article 46

The national colours of Snagov are green, blue, white, and red.

Article 47

Traditional values need to be respected and kept alive.

Article 48

All national symbols of Snagov need to be respected.

Article 49

Any law passed by the state, must adhere to the Constitution of the Republic of Snagov.

Article 50

The Constitution of the Republic of Snagov can be changed by the Supreme People's Assembly and the President of the Snagovian Federation.

The Constitution of the Republic of Snagov is official starting today, 17 Octomber 2021.
