The Cliveish 2022 snap crisis election was held on Jan 1 - 2. The Supreme leader and president had made a shock resignation that day and an election was held.
It was expected that Benjamin McShane would win by a large margin. However in round one he only won by 62% of the vote. Round 2 he claimed a win with over 89% of the vote.
Matthew McShane did not appear on the ballot paper for this election. The Climate Party made an unprecedented high result. It is expected they will claim more of the vote but Benjamin McShane will win by still a very large margin.
