The Clippertonian Police Force is responsible for law enforcement in Clippertonia. The Police Force was founded in 2023 after the abolishment of the Clippertonian Armed Forces.
History
For the first two weeks of it's existence as an independent state, Clippertonia had a dedicated military. After the Clippertonian victory of the Clippertonia-Brenstin War, the military was disbanded after the war showed there was no real use for it. So, the day after the war, a document founded the Clippertonian Police and the Clippertonian Coast Guard.
Function
The Clippertonian police force is no sort of military. The force's only job is to provide law enforcement. However, in a time of war, the Police Force would be tasked with keeping order on the territories of Clippertonia. Defense would be the job of the coast guard.
Departments
The force has several departments. The first of these is the detective department, which is tasked with exposing massive crimes by infiltrating them with plainclothes police. There is a traffic department which wardens traffic, and an immigration department whose function is similar to that of the United States' USCBP.
