The City of Stroma is a city of the Phoklandian province of Homeland. It is an enclave of the American state of Minnesota, and its local government follows the principles of libertarian socialism, a lesser sect of anarchist communism. Stroma was initially a feudal protectorate of Phokland, but was integrated as a city following a territorial restructuring in late March of 2020.
