Ciptahegar (official name Special Pakuan of Ciptahegar) or previously known as Kleinstaad Hill is the capital city of Arkapore. Ciptahegar is surrounded by Arkapore City. Ciptahegar is divided into three areas, which consists of Capital Place, Ciptahegar Park, and Fort of Ciptahegar.
The city is known as an economic centre for Arkapore, because of an international "landport" established there. Arkaporean military base, Fort Basin Generations, also located in Ciptahegar.
