The Federal Republic of Cilsur is a micronation located in Spain, it is a federation between 6 states of different categories, functions and environments. It was created on October 7, 2022 as a project between friends.
Etimology
Cilsur is the sum of the syllables Cil and Sur, each with its own meaning. Cil comes from Cyl, the official abbreviation for the autonomous community of Castile and León in which the country is located. Sur is the Spanish translation of South. The name means "In the south of Castile and León".
History
Founding and Expansionist Stage (7 October 2022 - 4 January 2023)
The micronation is created on October 7 in an area of the village Valverde del Majano in the current territory of Parque, it is founded by driving a stick into the ground, appointing a president and 4 ministers. The next day (October 5) the capital called MC (Minecraft City) is founded, which is the first capital in a minecraft world, something "childish" but functional.
On October 22, 2022, Cesar Sacristan and Ivan Palomo (president and vice president by order) added an incredible number of territories to Cilsur, which increased the extension to a third of a square kilometer. Later, in mid-November, half a square kilometer of territory was added. The country reached 0.825 square kilometers, quite an achievement for the Cilsur government, since in one month they had surpassed the Vatican in extension. Subsequently, the territories of Valverde Interior, 2 city-states in Minecraft, territories in nearby towns and finally numerous territories in Valverde del Majano were added on January 4, set as the end of the expansionist stage.
Diplomatic Stage (4 January 2023 - End 2023)
On January 4, 2023 something happened that changed the history of Cilsur, apart from the last expansionism. Diplomatic relations were made with the Spanish-Bulgarian Socialist Republic nation that received independence on January 2, 2023 (2 days earlier) supported by Cilsur. A mutual recognition treaty was made in which both countries became allies. That same day Cilsur was divided into 5 republics: Martin Miguel, Garcillan, Valverde del Norte, Valverde del Sur and Torredondo, each led by a minister, but this caused a problem and that is that the mutual recognition treaty was only valid in Valverde del Sur, the head of Cilsur.
On 01/14/2023, something happened that was known a few days ago and that is that the presidents of Valverde del Norte, Garcillán and Martín Miguel were against the one of Torredondo, it was really just because, but that day the republics of Valverde del Norte and Garcillán led to more in an unrational and rather rude way, when Valverde del Sur went against and denied them their shares, so far it went that the number of Cilsurians went to 2, leaving only the presidents of Valverde del Sur and Martín Miguel.
A restoration began, the territories of Valverde del Norte and Torredondo were annexed to Valverde del Sur, which was renamed to the same name of the nation. The Republic of Martin Miguel, already renamed to the Ivanic Republic, would take control of the Republic of Garcillan, later the president of the latter would become king. On January 20 the Spanish-Bulgarian Socialist Republic became part of Cilsur as another constituent republic and the Minecraft City-States also became official constituent countries. A calendar, the 9th Floor Mathematical Calendar or Cilsurian Calendar, was also created and became official.
The first outside country to make diplomatic relations with Cilsur was Boronia, which did so on 01/17/2023.
In the Easter week of 2023, Cilsur joined with other micronations to create the Federation of 8 nations, the other founding nations being Boronia, Denskland, Denscosa and Listonia, although instability, lack of organization and tensions between the nations quickly led to their dissolution.

Government
Cilsur is a Presidential Federal Democratic Republic. The head of state and government is the President of Cilsur, who is elected by the members of Parliament (Deputies) by simple majority. The deputies are in turn elected by the people, who vote every 4 months. Elections are not held in case an absolute majority of the parliament and the people prefer not to hold them, this can happen a maximum of 2 times after an election.
The current president is Cesar Sacristan, his vice presidents are Gogo Ivanov and Daniel de la Puente, the assigned ministers are Ivan Palomo and Miguel Gonzalez. In addition, they are also the 5 deputies of the Parliament, although they have ideological varieties among them.
Government of Cilsur
The Cilsur Government has the executive power, which consists of the president, vice-presidents and ministers. When elections are held the government ceases before the results are known, when the parliament is established and a new president is elected, who will choose a new government. Their function is to execute the laws of the parliament, they decide the policy of the nation.
Cilsur Parliament
The Cilsur Parliament has the legislative power, it is formed by the deputies. Its function is to create laws to be enforced by the government.
Judicial Power
The judiciary has no institutional body, once an attitude is denounced, the government will select between 1 and 3 neutral judges and will organize the prosecution, in case of guilt, the punishments will depend on different factors.
Regional governments
Central nations
The central nations are the Cilsurian Main State, the Kingdom of Valvernueva and the Hispano-Bulgarian Socialist Republic or RSHB.
The Cilsurian Main State depends entirely on the Cilsurian Government and lacks autonomy of its own, has no official territories or permanent population, however it has extraterritorialities in other constituent nations. The Government can delegate a mandatary to better administer the region. Most Cilsurian citizens who do not reside in the nation and are not related to any constituent nation will be registered here.
The Kingdom of Valvernueva is a semi-autonomous region and the sole constituent monarchy of Cilsur, it consists of all historical claims of Cilsur prior to the formation of the Federation, which were previously mostly part of the Cilsurian Main State, after the lack of sovereignty over these territories was recognized, Valvernueva has served as a way to isolate these territories here which serves as a buffer region between Cilsur and Spain.
The Hispano-Bulgarian Socialist Republic is the only fully autonomous central country, although closely related to the Cilsurian Government due to the presence of its high commanders in it. Foreign Nations
The outer nations are autonomous and solely depend on the Cilsurian government for international representation. They are administered by family houses that have joined Cilsur mainly for outreach and citizenship reasons, but remain entirely self-governing. They still maintain the right to vote and self-representation in the Cilsurian Government.
Virtual Territories
Virtual territories depend on the Cilsurian government, which administers certain territories, they are not considered fully as part of the nation, therefore the virtual state lacks government, representation and inhabitants, although some worlds have functioned as a "physical" establishment of parliament and government.

Internet
The citizens of Cilsur are Generation Z and Generation Alpha, so the culture is online, the most popular video games are among others, Fortnite and Minecraft, although thousands of games have been played by Cilsurians, including FIFA, GTA, Call of Duty Warfare, etc.
Like many other micronations, they have Youtube and Twitter accounts.
Hellenic and Cyrillic Spanish
Something promulgated by Cilsur and considered cultured in this one, is to write Spanish with the Cyrillic and Hellenic alphabets. The use of Cyrillic is official due to the use of Bulgarian in the nation, it is common to speak using this alphabet. The use of the Hellenic alphabet, unlike the Cyrillic, is of cult and education within Cilsur.
Because Spanish is read as it is written, each pronunciation has a very easy-to-predict alternative, so this version of Spanish is made by substituting letters of the Latin alphabet with those of the other alphabets.
Cilsurian Calendar
Something that identifies the culture of Cilsur is this calendar, which is very accurate, since "when the Cilsurian calendar has been reset, the Gregorian calendar is one day behind".
