A Cat People's Republic is a form of government where a cat rules as the leader of a nation. This is a form of government that was created by Harold Duighan when he decided that he was going to make a constitution for his nation where cats ruled his nation. He decided that he wanted to form a sort of diarchy where both he and his cats ruled.
