The Cannabis Appreciation Society for the Legally Blind is a Wazakhstani political party that was founded by Kieran Evans in 2018. As the sole member, Evans represents the party as a councillor on the Council of Wazerbaijan. Although the party's political orientation is unknown, it is believed that the party favours the legal use of Cannabis as a recreational drug.
