The Bauwer State, also known as Bauwerfolk scteit, is a nation-state founded on the principles of charity, prosperity, and innovation as well as the creation of a state by and for the Bauwerfolk, and their language. It was formed after the success of the "Daz Forbond" Revolt. The Bauwerscteit is a direct successor to the Second Republic of Ethosia; now a core territory of the Forbond.
Etymology
The founding of the Bauwerscteit comes from a long lasting movement for cultural recognition in Ethosia. The term 'Bauwerscteit' used to be an ideology as opposed to the idea of a nation; the sole purpose of the ideology was the formation of a Bauwer State and a union of the Anglo and Germanic cultures in the Ozarks. The Bauwerscteit of the modern day was founded in June following the 'Die Forbond' revolt.
History
The Bauwerscteit orginated from the Second Republic of Ethosia and the Meanwealth of Gasconade. The union between Ethosia and Gasconade in early 2022 would lay the foundation for the formation of the Bauwer State. The nation is inspired by the Appalachian and Ozarker cultures; drawing directly from the long lasting history of Anglo and Germanic settlers.
