The Authority for the Energy Distribution Network (ARDE) is an agency of the Decracy of Vilthia set up to develop and manage energy distribution networks in those areas of the national territory who are not served by the Italian network, such as the provinces of Colat and most of the province of Teratiliventhia.
The agency does not deal with energy production.
