Angelus I (Eius excellentia et honesta Angelus il Primo) is an Okasakawan Leader and Politician serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Spokesperson of Prime Minister and Legal and Political Adviser of the President under the Party of Federal Movement (FMP) since June and July 2022. He's also served as Prime Minister of Okasakawa from 2016 to 2019 under his old Political affiliations, Democratic Coalitions Party (DCP). Beside of it, he was also served as President under the DCP from 2015–2016, and won again as the President in February 2021 and resigned in May 2022 under the FMP. He also won as the Micronations Vice President in 2020 until he also resigned in December 2020. He also held as the Secretary of Department of Foreign Affairs in 2021.

Angelus I ruled as Prime Minister from 2016 who succeeds Dominicus il secondo, until he give up his duties to Former President and later on Prime Minister Han on December 8, 2019.

Angelus I made his own Flag and emblem during his tenure, but after he step down to his position, the flag and emblem he designed was never used again by the next prime minister, and it was condemned as the unofficial flag of Okasakawa.
