Allan Phillips was the War Minister for the Republic of Albia. He is most notable for declaring the Annexation of East Didsbury.
Annexation and war
In 2022 Mr Phillips announced that he will be Annexing The Communist State Of East Didsbury due to the President of the country Dylan Nowak being renounced and forced out of office and the UMDO. This sparked a one month long war known as the Inter-party war.
