Al-Novyy Arkstolka, more commonly known as Arkstolka, is a micronation in Germany founded by Alexsandr Parkov and Andrej Ganus in July 2023. Al-Novyy Arkstolka was made after the fall and defunct of Bleskaloslavia, still keeping the flag and Coat of Arms from Bleskaloslavia. The name Al-Novyy Arkstolka means as much as The New Arkstolka, with Al being Arabic and Novyy Arkstolka being Ukrainian. The Land of Arkstolka was once used as a barrack for belgium soldiers from 1949 to 1990 within West Germany and is now used as a nation for refugees to live in, those mostly being Ukrainians and Turks/Syrians.
History
Before Al-Novyy Arkstolka
The president Alexsandr thought of creating an nation, creating an now defunct micronation called Bleskaloslavia. Bleskaloslavia existed from 2007 to 2023 and was the first nation of Alexsandr Parkov. Bleskaloslavia had two expensions in 2014 and 2017 and two wars in 2018 and 2023 with 7 injuries. Upon destabilization in Bleskaloslavia, Alexsandr defuncted Bleskaloslavia to make Al-Novyy Arkstolka.
After Bleskaloslavia
Once Bleskaloslavia went defunct, Alexsandr Parkov and Andrej Ganus created an new socialist nation by the name of Al-Novyy Arkstolka. This nation was first created in Lebanon, but it's borders were forced to Germany where they still are until now. Arkstolka is the second nation of Alexsandr Parkov.
Politics and government
Al-Novyy Arkstolka is a socialist unitary republic, led by Alexsandr Parkov. He owns the socialist party called the Соціалістична партія Аркстолка, meaning "Socialist Party Arkstolka" or "SPA" for short. The nation gets to re-elect a new president every four years.
Head of state
Head of state, Alexsandr Parkov, is an German-Ukrainian politician and founder of Arkstolka. He is the highest when it comes to leading Arkstolka. He has all the power over the nation and watches over the Vice President and his tasks, but also over the market and the army. He is responsible for bringing Ukrainian and German to the nation.
Head of government
Head of government, Andrej Ganus, is an Turkish-Arabic politician and co-founder of Arkstolka. He is the vice-president of Arkstolka and is also a member of the Socialist Party Arkstolka. He watches over most of the country's social ownership and is allowed to execute commands upon permission of Alexsandr Parkov. He is also responsible for the army to be intact. Andrej brought Arabic and Turkish into the nation, making both of them official languages.
Security
The country of Al-Novyy Arkstolka has several guarded entrances (2 for now) with about 8 security force officers watching them 24/7. In order to enter Arkstolka, you need either an german citizenship, turkish citizenship or an ukrainian citizenship, an official invite from the president or vice president, or evidence that you already live in Arkstolka. Else your entry will be denied. The entries are both on the west side of Arkstolka. Although an expansion has been planned to gain more land to get an third and potentially an fourth entrance.

The Al-Novyy Arkstolkan Army consists of two branches, the Army and the Air Force.

Hidding-Arkstolkan War
On the 29th of March, 2024, Al-Novyy Arkstolka has been called against an annexation war by the Republic of Hiddingsen.
Both countries are gaining and losing territory and wounding soldiers on both sides.
In total, 17 people got wounded so far and one Hiddingsen military personell went missing.

Culture
The Culture of Arkstolka is complicated since the country is Ukrainian, German and Turkish/Syrian. Because of that the culture in Arkstolka is very large and very traditional. Each of their traditions and holidays are celebrated within Arkstolka and respected for.
German
The German Culture is the smallest in Arkstolka, although it is landlocked in Germany. Although they are the smallest culture, their traditions are still celebrated, the most popular being Christmas, Easter, Halloween and Christi Himmelfahrt (Ascension Day).
Turkish/Syrian
They are the second biggest culture and their traditions are just as celebrated. Like for example Nazar or fasting.
Ukrainian
This is the biggest culture group in the entire nation. Their traditions are seen as the most important. They celebrate Vechornytsi, Malanka, Koledowanie and many more.
