2012 Sports Championships
The 2012 Sports Championships is a sports competition that will become the first ever multi-sport micronational event. It will see athletes from all countries compete and hopes to happen in August 2012.
Locations
The Competition is going to be held in Senya, although none of the events will take place there, due to the size. Instead, all events will take place in the nearby villages of Lenwade and Reepham.
Accomidation
The President has said there are two hotels in Lenwade which he would like guests to use;
- The Bridge Inn
- Lenwade House
Travel
Of Course, with the games being held in the Norfolk countryside, Senya has advised this to competitors
By Road
Both Hotels are on the A1047. Senya advises people to use the A11 & A12 if coming from London and the South, and to use the A47 if coming from North & the midlands.
By Public Transport
Norwich Rail Station runs regular services to London and the Midlands, and even Liverpool and Manchester. It is a short walk from the Norwich Bus Station, which runs regular services called the X29 to and from Fakenham. One of the stops on the X29 is Lenwade.
By Air
Norwich International Airport has regular flights to and From Amsterdam. However, Senya advises others to fly in to either Heathrow, Stansted or Gatwick, and book a coach to Norwich Bus Station. Then take a bus to Lenwade.
