The 1st Gwladcoedeg Senedd was the inaugaral session of legislature in the Republic of Gwladcoeden from 18 April 2021 to 3 August 2021. The 16 May 2021 general election gave the Republican and Labour coalition control of the government.

The 1st Senedd was elected using a panachage-style electoral system, a form of party-list proportional representation.
