The Diarchy of Writer Hill was a micronation founded on the 5h of December, 2020 by Master Tomasio I (Tomasio Rubinshtein) and his mother. This micronation has succeeded from Israel, but had a fully-agreed constitution that also serves as the general rules for the defunct nation. The first territory is called the Tomasio Hermitage, served as a place for Tomasio Rubinshtein to be alone, and the second territory is undisclosed. In 2020 the nation had 4 citizens, including 2 cats, which have been granted full citizenship with the prohibition to become rulers themselves.

The name "Writer Hill" was given to this country due to both sovereigns being writers, Tomasio I being a philosopher with his own site, and his mother being a poet. Both have published books and wrote poems, while Mr. Tomasio focused on philosophical texts.

The apartment is technically a "Hill" due to the fact that you have to climb stairs to get to it. The purpose of this initiative used to be, to better immortalize both writers and to create clear boundaries between Parent, Son and Pet, with clear inheritance guidelines within the nation's constitution. Finally, the nation only accepted authorized tourists, and had very strict border control. its official motto was "Security within Peace".

In 6/62021, a website has been created for the Tomasio Hermitage, thus marking it as a fully-independent micronation at the time. That is, despite being merely a part of the small Diarchy.

The Diarchy disbanded later on when Mr. Tomasio decided he had to focus on his work on Philosocom and on his articles rather than engage in micronational politics. Furthermore, the former hermitage chairman became a subject to the Empire of Stomaria. He decided he wanted to help the Empire through his articles.

The Constitution

With the abolishment of the Diarchy the constitution was abolished as well. The consitution had mainly to do with isolationism and clear boundaries between the internal world and the external world (as seen in Rubinshteinic philosophy). Values related to Rubinshteinic Individualism, like boundaries between the individual and society, along with values associated with harmony, were integrated into the defunct constitution.
