Tomasio Avichen Rubinshtein (Tom Rubinshtein) (Tar"sh) is an Israeli-born, Stomarian citizen and philosopher, born in 7 of December 1997. He is an author of seven books which he published privately. 4 of his books are in Hebrew and the other 3 are in English, that contain much of the answers he wrote on the international site of Quora.
In his Hebrew books he wrote about his own personal philosophy, which he calls Solitary Individualism, or Rubinshteinic Individualism, a specific sect in the branch of individualism about the connections of solitude, asceticism and social abstinence, with the notion of individualism and its various liberties. Only later on in life he plans on renovating them entirely like he has been doing with his internet articles.
On April 2019 he founded Philosocom.com, a site dedicated to many of his articles, which he updates on a regular basis. The website has hundreds of philosophy articles and poetry, and has been under content renovation since July 2023.
Mr. Rubinshtein has fully graduated highschool and attended a few courses in philosophy at the Israeli Open University. In addition he has won 3rd place in a local writing contest for high school students, and have reached the finals of an English speech competition at Jerusalem.
Rubinshtein has also been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at the age of 13.
Personality-wise, he is a reclusive, eccentric and peace-seeking man. Due to his social eccentricities he chooses to live a life of near-physical hermitage, preferring to engage in philosophical research instead of interacting with most people, and focuses on improving his mental and physical health using philosophy. He also believes it's possible to extend one's lifespan by improving our morality. He dedicates his life to his work as a philosopher and managing Philosocom.com, greatly focusing on content quality as a top priority.
On April 2022, in his quest for relevance, Rubinshtein founded a political ideology called Political Rubinshteinism, or simply Rubinshteinism which lies on the right-wing, libertarian part of the political compass. It is distinct by the fact that it also influenced by Rubinshtein's teachings regarding society and the sanctity of democracy. Furthermore he wrote an article on mirconations. There, he attempted explaining what Micronations are, giving the Republic of Molossia and the defunct Hutt River Province as examples.
Finally, he is known to research esoteric video games and esoteric niches in general, integrating them into his philosophical works.
His main interests in philosophy are ethics, metaphilosophy, political and power theories and metaphysics.
