The Windovian Commonwealth is a micronation located in East Florida. It was founded on 11 September 2020, and elected former Altavian leader Sean Dunkerque as its first President on 17 September 2020, becoming Prime Minister after the Constitution Change in late November.
History
Windover was founded on 11 September, as a successor state to Altavia. It had its first Presidential and Parliamentary election on the 18th, electing Sean Dunkerque as President and Arden Victoria as Prime Minister.
Due to inactivity, President Dunkerque dissolved the National Assembly and called for another election in October. This resulted in Forum for Democracy losing their seat and the United for Windover Alliance winning every seat. Forum for Democracy then regained a seat after the Assembly was expanded to 7 seats.
In November, President Dunkerque rewrote the Constitution to make Windover parliamentary, and the election is currently ongoing for the Parliament.
Constitution
The Windovian Constitution was written by Sean Dunkerque on 11 September 2020, revised on 21 November.
