The Votaran Reich, sometimes referred to as the Votaran Republic or Votara, is a self declared sovereign nation commonly known as a micronation by external observers. The nation was established on 19 October 2022 as a semi-presidential republic - but evolving into a dictatorship with the government citing "to help secure the development of the nation until we reach a certain point where we can entertain democratisation".

Politics and Government
Early Government
The nation was initially established as a semi-presidential republic with a President and Prime Minister. However, the nation was quickly changed into a totalitarian dictatorship. The presidency was also renamed to the supreme leadership.
Supreme Leader
The supreme leader serves as head of state. The supreme leader wields significant, absolute, power under the dictatorship that has been established. The supreme leader, while able to benefit from their levels of power, has some duties they're expected to carry out.

Prime Minister

Parliament is the primary legislature of the Reich. It is bicameral, consisting of the Imperial Council (the upper house) and the House of Assembly (the lower house). Typically the Prime Minister is a member of the house of assembly, though can occasionally be a member of the upper house.
Parliament typically acts as a rubber stamp to the decisions of the supreme leader and prime minister.
Law and Order
The primary judiciary of the nation is the supreme court. The supreme court deals with all judicial cases in the Reich. As well as this, the supreme court can occasionally impeach the supreme leader if his or her party feels they have failed in office.

Economy
The national currency is called Easar - which is regulated by the Treasury as well as the Bank of Votara. The nation is corporatist in its economics with citizens being given a state assigned corporation after registering work interests with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This creates the system with the government and workers having efficient cooperation helping boost the economy.
