Victory Day is a holiday that commemorates the surrender of Nazi Germany in 1945. It was originally first inaugurated in the USSR on 8 May 1945, following the signing of the German Instrument of Surrender. The holiday became a non-labour day only in 2019 in the Free Socialist State of Paloma.
