The United Guernsey Micronational Organisation, more commonly known as the UGMO, is a micronational organisation similar to the United Nations and the IMSO, Providing nations located on the Island of Guernsey with Alpha 2 and 3 codes. The UGMO have standards that member states must follow, the current amount of members is two.
Etymology
The name Originates from the United Nations, because of its similar purpose and Structure. Named “United MicroNations” because the Organisation only being Micronationally based. Now being the United Guernsey Micronational Organisation, so there is one based in Guernsey.
History of Name
The UGMO was founded by Joseph Tadd on 20 May 2023, originally it was called the United MicroNations or the U.M.N but was changed to the United Guernsey MicroNations (UGMN), as the UMN was the short name for the University of Minnesota and there was already an Organisation going by UMN. So, because it was based in Guernsey, the name was officially changed by the chairman, Joseph Tadd, to The United Guernsey MicroNations (UGMN) in 2023, and finally to The United Guernsey Micronational Organisation (UGMO) on Friday 13th September 2024.

Purpose
The organization was founded mainly to bring peace following the Founding Conflict but also to organize all of the micronations in Guernsey, like the IMSO, with codes.
Types of Codes

History
The United Guernsey Micronational Organisation (UGMO) was founded to end The Founding War. The Founding war started on 13 May 2023, when a major Micronation called: The Guern Empire, Located in Guernsey, was attacked by the newly formed Democratic Government called: The Guern Republic. Only a few hours later, The Republic captured the Capital City of The Empire. The Empire retreated and no more imperials were inside the city. On the 17 May 2023, the Imperials launched a surprise attack on the City and were successful. The city was back under the control of the Imperials. On the 19 May 2023, the biggest attack of the entire war was under way. The Republic attacked the city. Ten people were injured and Two were captured. The fighting was still going on during the 20th. Joseph Tadd saw this and started The UGMO as we know it today, but originally it was called the United MicroNations (UMN) and the United Guernsey Micronations (UGMN). He ordered that the war should be stopped. The republic agreed, but, the Imperials disagreed. An hour later, forces of The UMN (The UGMO today) sabotaged the Imperials for not agreeing to stop the war. The sabotage worked and The Imperial Government dissolved. The name was changed to UGMN and gave out codes to the countries it recognised. On the Friday 13th September, the name was changed again to: the UGMO
