The United Duchy of Balmex, Palacio, and the Ducal States (Commonly known as the United Duchy or The United Duchy of Balmex) is a sovereign state in California, North America. The United Duchy is located to the east of the Pacific Ocean. It is completely surrounded by the United States.
The government of the United Duchy is an absolute monarchy, but includes the use of some democratic institutions. The Duke has the authority to issue a decree without any vote in the Assembly. However, the Duke has allowed a government to rule for him. The capital city of the United Duchy is Balmexian City. The United Duchy consists of four countries: Balmex, Palacio, Ofra, and the Duke Lands. Each country provides a representative to the Assembly.
This was a movement, however it did not proceed or go into any legal affect.
