The Treaty of Četqua, signed on 21 January 2023, is an agreement between the Pro-Cotter Menace forces of the Democratic Četqua Front, joined by the Cotter Menace government and the Duck Island Federation, with the breakaway state of the Holy Province of Četqua. The treaty grants independence to the Holy Province of Četqua by dividing Četquan land between the "Province of Četqua" and the "Holy Province of Četqua". The treaty also grants provincial status within Cotter Menaceland to East Četqua, reestablishing it as the former Province of Berlburg. The treaty followed the conclusion of the Četquan Civil War and the Četquan independence referendum.
