State of Siyah Sancaklı, or SSD as it is commonly known, is a micronation founded on 27 March 2019. The state was dissolved twice, the and current 3rd State was established. There are 2 cities of SSD and the largest capital is Gölkaynak The population is 20. SSD is a Unitary Semi-Presidential Islamic Socialist Republic
Name
The state has long used both official and unofficial names. Tesaka People's Republic was the official name and SSD was the unofficial name. With the law adopted on February 13, this duality was ended and the official name became the Siyah Sancaklı Devleti.
History
SSD, was first installed on 27 March 2019 with the name "O.A.İ". This name later became "O.A.K" and finally "SSD". 1. The state had many documents such as a newspaper, constitution, identity card. These documents are still kept by the 3rd State. On November 12, 2019, SSD was replaced by the Sakatlar Teşkilat and the 1st State was abolished on November 12, 2019. Sakatlar Organization continued to exist for 8 months. The 2nd State was established on 30 May 2020. But the accuracy of this date is still debated. On July 25, 2020, the Sakatlar Teşkilat was disbanded. The established 2nd State dominated the disbanded organization and established its own administration. On April 10, 2021, at the request of the Executives, the 2nd State was abolished and the 3rd State was established. On April 28, 2021, the Sakatlar Teşkilat became a partially independent state and took the name of the Republic of Nogiranya. The 3rd State still exists.

The state of SSD definitely supports peace. This army is only a symbolic army organization. There is no de facto army and there will never be.

Diplomacy
On June 22, 2021, a mutual recognition agreement was signed with the Republic of Iska Akaliazen. An application was made to the Anatolian Union on 22 June 2021. However, this application was unsuccessful. SSD then communicated with many micronations.

SSD is a Unitary semi-presidential Islamic Socialist republic. Legislative power belongs to the People's Assembly.
