Terra Novum was founded in 1998 by Tim Dunkin. It was a democratic micronation that shared a number of citizens with Cyberia.
After a checkered career, Terra Novum has been claimed at various times by Reunion, Treesia, the United Imperium, the Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia and by the Federal Republic of Cyberia.
President Tim Dunkin of the Federal Republic of Cyberia was the founder of Terra Novum, and former President Jacobus Kahunamea was the Emperor of the United Imperium when it occupied Terra Novum.
They have both agreed to yield their claims to the Federal Republic of Cyberia.
