Ternia City, more commonly known as Ternia, is a city in the region of Lettia. This city became the capital of Nicolnia on January 16, 2021.

Ternia is located in an autonomous region, Lettia, but due to the greater autonomy of this region, the president asked the prime minister whether to change the capital from Ternia to Città di Borgania. But the prime minister said to let Ternia remain as capital to avoid political crises.
The old flag of Ternia was also used for the war between the monarchy and the republic.
History
Ternia has always been the capital of Nicolnia, since the monarchy was. It became the capital with the name of "Cerulli" on January 16, 2021 and changed on January 18, 2021

The first meeting in parliament was the 4th of February 2021 because the president urgently had to clarify the political emergency in the regions, cities and provinces because there was the fear that regions, provinces and cities would have to be abolished if this meeting would not take place. Luckily they made an agreement with everyone and there were no abolitions.
Etymology
The word of Ternia was invented by the President Saverio which means, in the Ternian dialect it means unity, peace. (Ternd "Téerñt")

In Ternia it is the "heart" of Nicolnia, because it has the Nicolnian military headquarters, the parliament and the President's House, near the Parliament and the Nicolnian historical museum.
