Unilateral Recognition and Alliance

Hello there, I am President O'Sullivan from the Republic of Theria. I'm here to ask you if you would like to have a recognition pact between our nations. As well as a possible Alliance. The reason for this is that we are both leaders of a nation within Massachusetts. An alliance would be an option. Let me know if you would like to have a recognition pact.
