Getting Active Again and Page Formatting Help

Hello all! I realise that New Scotland (aka the Monarchy of New Scotland) has been incredibly inactive for so long, and I'm working on refining administrative and governmental documents, creating a new site for the government, and reconnecting or establishing connections with other micronations. I wanted to reach out to the MicroWiki community to see what would be the best way of going about updating the page on here for New Scotland in tandem with all of these revamps.
