How might one establish friendly relations with Meiguo? Keeping in mind that this is an SAR of China we would wish to nevertheless establish formal relations with you, i.e. formally recognizing your land as a possession of the PRC and perhaps establishing a treaty regarding free trade, movement of people and exchange of resources. Perhaps even establishing a consulate. We would be honored to be in a relationship with the Meiguo state.
