Should be changed to List of deputy heads of state @CaptainGalway: The article was created based on the wikipedia version of List of current vice presidents and designated acting presidents (Kindly refer). This article includes list of all serving VPs and those designated to serve as Acting President, in case of vacancy created by demise, resignation, impeachment of the President, for eg. the Speaker of the Parliament (in absence of a VP). The Governors-General and the Deputy Monarchs of Vishwamitra and Queensland have too been included.

By protocol, heirs to sovereign monarchs are accorded the status of deputy head of state, and there is a separate article on them at List of heirs apparent (kindly refer).
