The Empire of Eintracia is a term to describe a historical era from the establishment of the Penguins Republic to the Concorde Revolution. It is not a single political entity, quite similar to the term "Chinese Empire" which refers to the historical era of China when it was a monarchy, not about a single state called the "Chinese Empire".
