Origin of name

The name "Katrínsdóttir" appears to be an Icelandic name. However, it is not actually a valid Icelandic name; the way to say "daughter of Katrín" would actually be "Katrínardóttir". Can somebody please add a section on the origin of the name? --Emperor-Nathan (talk) 19:42, 27 September 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
