Relations between TDC and Shahawkia are foreign relations between the TDC Empire the Empire of Shahawkia.
Relations between the TDC Empire and Empire of Shahawkia have always been generally positive since late 2022. During the time since TDC affirmed its relationship with Shahawk as its most important bilateral partnership in the current TDC foreign policy, and the Shahawki foreign policy also affirms its relationship with TDC as its most important relationship[1], as evidenced in aligned poltical affairs and mutual cooperation in the area of intelligence. The two countries also share a large majority of their culture as they are both located in the US. The two nations relations could be realted to the "Special Relationship" shared by the US and the UK.
History
Origins

The earliest TDC and Shahawki relations can be informally seen sometime prior to November 2022 when Stephen I and Jason I met over discord in the DML (Discord Micronations league). Later the two leaders formed official relations on the 5th of November 2022.
Early 2023
After around a month of informal relations the two nations would start to become closer as almost daily conversation held over discord were being held by the two sovereigns.
Minnesota Satellite States and surrounding conflicts
In February 2023, Elijah G., would request Shahawkia to establish a colonial claim over a defined territory surrounding Elijah's micronation, the Elias Republic. The TDC Empire shortly after annexed what is now Collisland, Shahawkia, which was a micronation headed by Asher G. Through the mixed relations between Shahawkia, Jaromia, and TDC; many border crises occurred. Namely, the Offensive at Elijahgrad.
Shahawki-Ertelian Conflict
The Shahawki-Ertelian conflict was the annexation of Shahawkian land by the Ertelian Republic. Following this Shahawkia would retake the annexed land. During this time diplomatic support was formally sent to Stephen I of Shahawkia via message from Jason I.
TDC-Shahawki Concordat
After almost 6 months of close informal relations, the two nations would form a Concordat to establish formal relations.
Shahawki-Treskan Split
On the 20th of July 2023, TDC's minister of Foreign affairs, the Duke of Hamardistan decidede the Concordat was irrelevent and highly advised the removal of Jason I's signature from the document. Follow this advice the Concordat was terminated citing clause i, article iv[2].
Shahawki-Treskan Reconciliation
The Concordat would be resigned on 21 of July, 2023 and relations between the two nations were re-established.
