The Supreme Court of Albia, also known as His Majesty's Supreme Court, is the highest national court in the Kingdom of Albia.
History
The Supreme Court was established fairly late in the nation's establishment. The court was founded on 18 June 2022.
Role
As the sole court in Albia, the Supreme Court hears all cases. They work in accordance with the government to help enforce law in the nation and maintain justice.
The Supreme Court, as well as working in law, specialises in constitutional cases and ensures all aspects of the Monarchy and Government of Albia work in accordance with the constitution.
Leadership
There are 11 seats in the court. 1 is taken by the Chief Justice of Albia. The Chief Justice chairs the supreme court and hears all high-profile cases within the nation as they are required to have in-depth knowledge of law and the Constitution of Albia. The Chief Justice may be aided by a Vice Chief Justice, who is appointed by the Monarch of Albia on advice of the chief justice.
