The Suonwiller House (Westavian: Sūōnwēstāve) is a public structure that is de-jure the center of administration of the Kingdom of Laskaridia. It is the de-jure royal center from which the Emperors of Westavia and Princes of Laskaridia would rule. It is currently affiliated to the Government of Laskaridia but is de-facto managed by the Laguna Altura community. The Suonwiller house is named after Edward, Prince of Suonwiller, the Minister of War of Westavia and former heir to the throne, he passed away in January of 2013. The palace was then used primarily by Westavian emperors.
Etymology
Traditionally, the Prince of Suonwiller is a title given to the heir to the throne of Westavia. It comes from the Westavian prefix "suonus" which means "master of" and the word "willer" which is a combination of Celtic and Latin language, it means something determined by destiny. In total, it means "master of the object of destiny."
History
The Suonwiller house's history spans the history of Laskaridia and Westavia itself, it served as the primary center for the administration of the Westavian Empire. Usually during he summers, Westavian Emperors, their staff and subjects would have much more free time and would thus engage in activities there. Such as planning expeditions and organizing the government. Emperor Shahan I was the first to use the area. During the Ruisseauan Civil War, it was used as a defensive position.
