Sultan Ali Aq-Qarsherskiy At-Tariq AL-Akbar
HRH Sultan Ali Aq-Qarsherskiyy At-Tarīq, also known as Khosrou Hamza Pir, is the first and current sultan of the Islamic Sultanate of Qarsherskiy. He came to power after people voted for him and his royal family on 28 March 2023 before 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. He is responsible for Qarsherskiy’s army, navy, airforce, police, and civilian citizens and is the most powerful living human in Qarsherskiy, as the head of state. Sultan Ali Aq-Qarsherskiyy At-Tarīq isn’t the most powerful entity in Qarsherskiy though, because Qarsherskiy’s constitution states that everyone in Qarsherskiy including the sultan must obey Allah SWT and His divine laws.

The 'Sultan of the Islamic Sultanate of Qarsherskiy is both the head of state and the head of the government of the Islamic Sultanate of Qarsherskiy, The sultan appoints the grand vizier, viziers, and top religious authorities, and is the top commander of the Qarsherskiyan government. The Sultan serves a life-long term or until citizens overthrow him.
