State of Davonia
The State of Davonia, more commonly known as Pehkiklah in Davonia, was a proposed Amberianan district, and is now an autonomous state in the Confederation of Davonia. Pehkiklah was proposed in the Republic of Amberiana on 26 April 2023, but could not be admitted before the collapse of the nation. The State of Davonia was admitted to the Confederation of Davonia as an autonomous state on 22 May 2023, alongside the founding of the nation. Pehkiklah is also the capital of the Confederation of Davonia.

History
The State of Davonia was the first autonomous state to be admitted to the Confederation of Davonia, and is currently the capital of the nation. It is the location of all federal government buildings, and is where the secretary and board's offices are located.
The State of Davonia was originally proposed as a district in the Republic of Amberiana. It was agreed upon that the State of Davonia would be awarded the most autonomy of all Amberianan districts. However, the Republic of Amberiana had dissolved just one day after the agreement was signed to admit Davonia into the union. The agreement between Secretary D and President Amber stated that Davonia would join Amberiana on 22 May 2023. However, the nation dissolved a day after the agreement was signed. However, D did not give up on joining micronationalism.
The State of Davonia, had it joined the Republic of Amberiana, would have split Amberiana City in half.
Etymology
The name "Davonia" is derived from D's middle name, which they have chosen to keep completely private. However, the native name of the State of Davonia, Pekiklah, is a direct translation of the word "state" in Davonian. This translation was chosen to preserve the idea that the State of Davonia is, and always will be, the center of the Confederation of Davonia.
Government
The State of Davonia is led by the federal government of Davonia. This is due to Davonia's confederate policies stating that the autonomous states of Davonia cannot host federal government buildings, and must act as independent states. However, because Davonia still needs an area for the federal government, the State of Davonia was chosen for this purpose.
The State of Davonia is currently under the control of Secretary D and the Davonian Motherland Party.
