The Southern Territory contains one County, Roane County and is the largest (land-wise) within the Republic. The Southern Territory can also be referred to as Roane County, but at large it is not. The Southern Territory's capital & largest city is Harriman.

Roane County is the largest County (or Territory) in the Republic. It has a total population of 53,140. With a total landmass of 395 sq mi. 8.77%% of that being water (34 sq mi)
Harriman
Harriman is the largest city in Roane County. It is estimated to have a population of 6,350
